The draw for the 2nd qualifying round of this season's Fa Trophy was made earlier today and the Royals have been drawn at home to league rivals Darlington Fc.

Royals manager Neil Tooth had the following to say about the draw, "Its probably one of the toughest draws we could have got at this stage but its at home so we will always fancy our chances regardless of who we play. I know bits about them but we will make sure we find out more over next week or so and ill be speaking to a few managers between now and the game."

The tie will be played on Saturday 14th November ko 3pm.
