On the 18th March 2018 Sutton will be hosting a charity match in support of Jamie and his family!

In November 2017 Jamie received the devastating news that he had Cancer. As with everything he does Jamie faced this head on and is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Jamie has had a huge impact on midlands non league football and played for a number of clubs. In doing this Sheldz has made many friends and is highly respected amongst his fellow players as well as managers and coaches he has played for and the many thousands of supporters he has played in front off.

We want all of the above to come together and help raise much needed funds to help Jamie and his family during his treatment and recovery. The best way we know is to have a football match between the promotion winning sides of 2 of Sheldz former clubs Sutton Coldfield Town Fc and Stratford Town Fc. We would also like as many of Sheldz friends and former team mates to also get involved on the day.

As well as the game itself we will be auctioning off a number of prizes yet to be confirmed and again we are open to any kind donations of prizes or time to help us put this day together and raise as much money as possible for one of the nicest lads you could ever wish to meet.

The match is to be held at Coles Lane on the 18th March 2018, 14:00 KO - entry fee is a donation to support Jamie and his family - give as little or as much as you like.
